I remember the day the Lord spoke to me and told me that I would be able to get through every trial, every storm, and every life challenge — and still experience His peace. I was elated, but honestly, I had no idea how He would make that happen.

The first thing He called me to do was trust Him and read His Word. Doing that made me familiar with who He is and what He has promised and planned for me. The second thing God did was activate the gift of faith in me — faith that challenged me to grow and be stretched. He reminded me time and time again to breathe, release control, and stop walking in pride.

I realized then — I was living in “The Breathing Zone.”

God has called all of us to be healed and to lean on Him, without always having to understand how everything will work out. We often hold our breath in times of uncertainty, in moments of new beginnings, and when we’re burdened with emotional turmoil.

The Breathing Zone doesn’t take away life’s challenges, but it does remind us of God’s plan — and that He is faithful and great to bring us through every time.

Now is the time to be equipped with how to live and operate in The Breathing Zone.
